We sell EPDM tarp straps in full-pallet quantities only, with free prepaid LTL shipping to commercial dock addresses in the contiguous 48 US states.

Free Prepaid LTL Freight (Contiguous 48 US States)

EPDMTarpStrap.com ships all pallet orders free of charge via prepaid LTL freight to commercial dock addresses in the contiguous 48 United States. Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, and international destinations are not currently serviced — please contact us for special-arrangement quotes.

Commercial Addresses Only

LTL pallets must be delivered to a commercial address with a loading dock, forklift, or pallet jack on site. Residential delivery, lift-gate service, inside delivery, and limited-access locations require additional carrier accessorials, which will be quoted separately.

Processing & Transit Time

  • Order processing: 1–3 business days for pallet staging and BOL preparation
  • LTL transit: typically 3–7 business days within the contiguous US, depending on lane
  • You will receive a PRO number and carrier name once the pallet is tendered

Receiving Your Pallet

Inspect the pallet thoroughly before signing the carrier’s Bill of Lading. Note any visible damage, shortage, or seal breach on the BOL and photograph the issue. Reporting damage after the BOL is signed clean is significantly harder to claim.

Tracking

Once your pallet is in transit you will receive an email with the carrier’s name and PRO number. Tracking is available directly on the carrier’s website.

Damaged Shipments

If the pallet arrives damaged, note it on the BOL, photograph the damage, and contact us within 48 hours at [email protected]. We will work directly with the carrier on the claim.
