Are your products in stock?

Items listed on our shop are generally stocked and ready to ship. If something is on backorder, we will note it on the product page and confirm an ETA at checkout.

How do I place an order?

Browse our shop, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Call us immediately at 800-886-4926 or email [email protected]. Orders that have already shipped or been tendered to a carrier cannot be cancelled.

Shipping

How fast will my order ship?

In-stock orders placed before 2:00 PM CST Monday–Friday typically ship the same business day. You will receive a tracking number by email once the order leaves our warehouse.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship within the contiguous 48 United States, Alaska, and Hawaii. For international quotes, contact us directly.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

Because we ship full-pallet quantities by LTL freight, we do not accept change-of-mind returns. We do honor damage and defect claims — see our Refund Policy for the full process.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Photograph the damaged packaging and contents and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement, refund, or carrier claim.
